HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
Once your order is completed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your order details.
After your order has been shipped, you can track it at any time via our Track My Order page - available in the menu and at the bottom of our website. Simply enter your order number and email address to see the latest updates.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER WILL ARRIVE?
At checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery time (ETA) for each product.
On average, orders are delivered within 5 to 12 business days, depending on your geographical location and the shipping method selected.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND?
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item. The item must be undamaged, and sent back with all original tags and packaging.
*Please use a tracked shipping service, as we can only process refunds for items we receive.
**Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective).
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days back to your original payment method (excluding any shipping fees).

Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Return Process:

Initiate Return : Contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery to request authorization. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Packaging : Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Shipping : You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect, damaged, or defective item). We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Inspection : Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

Refund/Exchange : Upon approval, we will process your refund within 2-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items :
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.

Yes 🌍 We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination. Details are shown at checkout.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

I HAVE SEEN SOMETHING ADVERTISED BUT CAN’T FIND IT ON YOUR SITE ?
If the item is part of a new collection, it may not yet be available online.
MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT !
If no one is available at the time of delivery, your package may be left in a safe spot at your shipping address. Please check around your home (mailbox, porch, behind bins, neighbors, etc.).
If after 10 business days you still haven’t located your package, please contact our Customer Support with the following details: Full name, Order number, Email address used for the purchase, Shipping address provided at checkout.
MY PROMO CODE / GIFT CARD CODE ISN’T WORKING !
Make sure the promo code is valid for the items in your order.
Gift card codes must be entered separately.
If you signed up with your email to receive a promo code, please note that the code will be sent directly to the email address you provided. In some cases, the email may be filtered into your Spam or Promotions folder. If you don’t see it in your inbox within a few minutes, we recommend checking those folders as well.
